STAFF ELECTION
A Cleaner World's quality employee record is a direct result of the strict criteria we have established.

  • Potential applicants are screened by our Area Managers. This process commences with the aptitude and attitude test which enables us to quickly establish the service personnel we require. Our screening process also includes stringent reference checks with prior employers as well as security checks.

    TRAINING POLICY
    All new employees (irrespective of experience) are required to attend an induction and training program which details the following:

  • Safety
  • Machinery and usage
  • Chemicals and usage
  • Hands on involvement in basic skills
  • Fundamentals of A Cleaner World's methods and concepts


  • These policies are not taken lightly, as we believe the most fundamental importance to the success of an organisation is training.
